I made two offer for young riders which were accepted (at least for the first one) this night but this morning i connected to check if my offers were accepted and i have had a surprise while seeing this

-5.000.000 although i had +4.500.000 yesterday and 19.000.000 capital, so the other offer for the second rider should have been accepted too but i lost it because of the bug.
Is it something i did wrong ?
Can someone look at it ? Thank you and have a good day.
