Menu item "Extras"

Every week 1 to 3 managers ask where they find the menu item "Extras" to change the nationality of one or more of their riders. Either after the nations committee ordered to change it, or because they forgot to set a riders nation after purchasing a fresh rider. I guess that is the case since the last world championships, because the menu item "national team" maybe ovarlaid the slot for the menu point "Extras" and didn't gave back its room after it disappeared again. However, somethings wrong there.
