Division relegation

Hi
last season i was 10th in Division 3.
I think i schould start in Division 2 this season.
But...surprise, surprise... im in Division 4.
A bug or what i dont understand ?

ive also dropped down a division when I should have gone up.

Seems to be a bug. The good thing is, it really doesn't matter in which division you are

Emotionally it does. But it has not effect/restriction regarding the game itself. And yes, an answer would be nice, still.

Your team name is olafscelts? And you should be in div3?
Carrera now promoted in team 2.
Later in the month a reshuffle may arrive to fix all divisions.

Both in div 2, this morning there was the reshuffle, all divs are full now.
