In that profil could be ok.
The point is:
1) Start with + 1 min in GC (only that rider)
2) Going faster that a 76 83 (and similan riders) in flat part.

It seem someone change something in game and wrong also changing the overall ranking.

the 83TT even said in the chat he didnt go 100%.. and i explained why rakers had +time in gc. but ok, cant expect most of you guys being capable of reading and understanding things so cant really blame you

P.S. Always post something not in the 2 hours after the race, often it helps.
