RSF-weather in May 2017

Is there a bug?
Giro 14h at least has had rain almost every day. Or 50%? A lot anyway. And can't remember rain in the real Giro so far this year. At RSF at times we had heavy rain too.
If I remember correctly the weather is taken from the capital. Rome in case of the Giro.
Today 28 degrees max. sunny some clouds google tells me. RSF: 14h 24 degrees and light rain.

I think a while (more like a few years) we had some sort of "rain-bug", maybe it's back?
Anyway, somebody look into it please

up!
Maybe you can fix this? Because this bug has a lot more influence on the game, than the stupid finance bug.....

edit: again 0°C at the one-day race

same for dauphine the last 2 stages. it really IS annoying as hell.
Just set the temperature to cloudy 20°C (If that is kind of the baseline) until it is fixed.

Sorry,
worldweatheronline.com has discontinued his free weather API without warning.

I put the temp to 20 °C for all countries.
Maybe we could use the openweathermap.org APIs.
In this case we had to change some programs, I could try it, but if luques or another guy has another idea, no problem.

First question, what is the situation now? Temperatures seem to vary, do we have the weather from some site again?

Next: Too much light rain. We have lots of light rain lately, not sure when I noticed it, but to me the weather right now seems to be: Light rain, change to cloudy, back to light rain, back to cloudy. Almost never sunny, and haven't seen heavy rain for a long time. But light rain, basically every day.
