U23-WC-Jersey not visible

Hello,
the jersey of the U23-Road-Champion, Tito Sokolov, is not visible. The elite-champion Terranova has his jersey behind his name in the statistics, but Tito not. It is a bug or should it be like this?

The U23 jerseys are not shown any longer.

i say they are still shown, but the wrong guys have them

Buhmann told that at least the time trial jerseys are not shown anymore, or only in time trial, or what the hell. From the samt time on both U23 jerseys disappeared. So i took it from all that that also the U23 jerseys are not shown anymore.
The fact there there are still two old men sticking to their U23 jerseys should not be taken into account for rating the situation. That are simply bugs, respectively Buhmann persistently forgot to remove them.
