Short Race Crashed

I entered the 9:30 (London Time) short race, in race page for short race it still says stage -1/1 km 1/0 arrive : 0 Profile (7)
Hasnt changed for last 7 minutes, the forum still works for me. Only kms 166-172 show up on the side scroll km. The map onscreen says
C.d.1.AA.2014: 2a etape: Lima - Pisco.

Also says
Das Rennen hat noch nicht begonnen.
Es beginnt im 10Uhr
