Problem Weather (2°C)

All races today are sunny but only 2°C, strange problem? can someone check it?

Not a bug here most likely. This morning, wetter.com showed 0 degrees for a lot of places including Madrid. I'm not sure which website exactly is used by RSF, but it looked like that was the issue.

This morning the same,
wetter.com shows 0° for Madrid, Vuelta temperatures again at 2°.

The weather provider has changed his APIs, keys and rules.
I started to adapt it and I hope, it works now again.
