Youth transfermarket Div 6-7 refresh

Hey guys ... looking at the Div 6-7 Youth market I feel like the refresh is buggy as I think to know that Buh had invented a feature that the transfermarket will refresh at least every 5th day ... has this changed? Am i thinking wrong? Could you help me?

Now there have been two refreshes in around 22hours

Really random? Thought random would anyway cause a refresh every 5 days or so? Or am i thinking wrong?
