Different languages have different general rules

it was a bit confusing because in the german Nutzungsbedingungen is exactly written: 4. Der Teilnehmer verpflichtet das Spiel nicht mit eigenen Scripten etc. zu manipulieren. in the english one only 5. The user commits himself not to manipulate directly or indirectly the game. also there are different amount of general rules, and i think it is important that we have the same rules for same languages maybe this can be fixed?
