Team Jersey

A 2nd look at my team today gave me a little shock. The new team jerseys, designed in early November by the famous Japanese artist Takashi Murakami, are gone and replaced by the old jerseys without any intervention by myself (and I would remember designing the same old jersey again). Any idea how this could happen? Or is it maybe only a cache problem on my PC here?
