I'm participating in the tour of denmark h18, is there a team in this race team Arnakland that is registered but the team has only 8 runners, but is not required to enroll in a race to have 9 riders in the team? I also believe that he spent all his money to buy 8 participating in this tour ... it's a bug, or normal? I do not think is correct.

i can subscribe early with 9 riders [regular], but after that i can sell the exceeded one and i'm still in the race

Once i ride in a 6-7 div race with a 5div team, but he subscribed when he was on 6th division. No problem.

and he doesn't use the money for an advantage...

Sign with 9 riders and sell one shoudl work. But it is okay in my opinion.
