active team is shown offline

At my current race Male Karpaty 11h team cool is showed offline despite being active in the chat. Unfortunately his English is very bad and I do not really understand him. Tempo from his is also strange. He puts my rider out of tempo but the tempo of the field decreases and his riders are automatically put out of tempo.
I am sure there were similar problems with other teams in the past, but I could not find the thread.
