Steep climbs

I know the topic exists somewhere, too lazy to look for it, so make a new one.

The problem is still there, as before.

Today 4-14-15

3 guys in front, 27" before a group with 3 other riders

Wei ca 700 energy 57 mountain
Mr x, 700 energy? 61 mountain
Olteanu 167 energy 62 mountain (energy after the 3 km)

At the 4, all three in red, Olteanu can't make tempo, we gain over 10"
the 14 all three in red, all three in tempo. we gain about the same? Anyway, we are at 6" then, or 8"?
Last km, Wei on yes alone. Result: We gain only 2" to the 3 in front, Olteanu stays in tempo.

A few km later, at a 6-6-10 combi the 3 who were in front before and Olteanu were dropped by Wei and X without problems, the last one at the 10. But clearly at 14-15 something didn't work as it should! To fairly fit 57+61 mountain guys win 2" on deadish guys with 59/57/55? And can't drop a guy with 167 energy?
I know you tried to check what's wrong, thought you found it, but obviously the problem is still there... seems to be hard to find, but put in into your middle-high priority list please..
