The old bug. Almost afraid to post it in the bug forum part, becaue it's been around forever, all the veterans know about it (most at least) and it's almost a "feature" now... but it's actually still clearly a bug.

Rider A helps Rider B. Rider B is in another group. Sprint. Rider A still gets his malus for helping.

1) It's a Buhmann post (i.e. it makes absolutely no sense)
2) New, or newer managers all make that "mistake" sooner or later. Their guy in front is still helping another guy, not sure why, but happens .And lose a stage they could have won... and not even because of a real mistake, how are they supposed to logically deduce that Rider A helping Rider B in another group penalizes him in the sprint? He doesn't lose the energy for helping (as far as I know) if the guy is in a different group, it's just the sprint penalty that stays.
