Weather animation

We have problems seeing the bar indicating the current position in the race. When reloading the race, it's correct, but disappears after a short time, see also the attached race chat:
JOGA - LENNAO: aber nach einem km isser wieder weg
Alkworld: aber nur kurz
RV Allagen: wenn ich oben auf rennen/taktik gehe, neu klicke, ist er wieder da
RV Allagen: bei mir ist er wieder weg
Alkworld: jetzt ist er wieder vorne
JOGA - LENNAO: der steht bei mir noch ganz vorne
Alkworld: ah, neu geladen, jetzt passt's
JOGA - LENNAO: bei mir auch net
JOGA - LENNAO: stimmt alk
RV Allagen: doch in schwarz
Alkworld: ok, sehe ein Problem oben, der km-Balken ist nicht mehr sichtbar
