Ciro Ditalia wm u23 crono champion haven't his beautifull shirt :( can he have it? or have to buy it to the marocco man near the street?

Lorenzo ever with U23 WC jersey near the name, but wearing right jersey(ITT Champion)
Pogatetz also with U23 WC jersey near the name, and wearing ITT jersey(but Pogatetz is no more champion)
Ciro and Wollschlager also without jersey and wearing no jersey!!
vanAmstel have the little jersey neaar the name, but wearing no champion jersey

All WC winner have the winning race not counted until :stage win
Ciro stay at 0 (1)
Lorenzo stay at 18 (19)
Wollschlager stay at 0 (1)
vanAmstel stay at 6 (7)
