D5 Teams in D1-4 races

Milano Sanremo: At least one D5 team somehow managed to start the race. Shouldn't happen.
Today: No clue if it's D1 to D4 or D1-D5, no way to find out if you can't sign up for the race if you race something else, almost a bug by itself. But if it's D1-D4 a few D5 guys managed to sneak in. If it's til D5 ok. But at MSR it was to D4, and their was one D5 team in a race. Bug, please correct it.

Gent-Wev was D1-5 I was told, so ok (well good actually with the participation)

You was able to inscript for MSR before i implement the div-races for the new design. So one inscription could be because of the old version.

For the Ronde (van Vlaanderen) at 20 h the team nantes from div 6 is inscriped. Shouldn't be possible

Probably an old inscription. For some days it was not a Div1-5 race (and i have implement it in the new design for some days). I tested it. Seems to be okay.
