Race Chat White Border

Just noticed, that there is a white border at the bottom of the race chat when you are watching from spectator mode (the white space at bottom, there is text underneath, when you scroll you see it but that border always stays white.
It is NOT there in my own race and it is NOT there in the spectator chat (e.g. the 10h TdF).
