red lantern to 40th in gc

seems red lantern palmares entry goes to 40th place, at least in 20h Giro, please fix that and give it to my rider Dominik Kwinta
edit: affects all Giro editions and probably other tours aswell

fixed now (complicated to test properly), but you'll only see if it's working at the end of Le Tour
