Equal bid for a rider, one bid was rejected due to under minimum prize

Heya,
this is more a question than a bug. what happened here and why?

two bids for this rider, both same amount: 1.000.000 c4F$.
104078 ATB - Racing $1,000,000 unter Mindestpreis
104175 Giotti Victoria $1,000,000 angenommen
for my bid the system said: under minimum prize ...
dont get that.
