"Rules for the race" - site crash

Spotted at 15h race today. If you click on "Rules for the race" the site turns blank and you need to reload it.

It's a consequence of some change I did for the NC, which still needs to be fixed in React. Will be done in a few days ...

fixed now in 3.8.6
