Bid - direct buy - issues

Hi, this evening I tried to buy a young rider from the youth market.
First he was at something like 96, I tried to place a bid at 95.5%, it would not work. I tried several times, reloaded the page. had an message displaying "unknown for bad format" - but nothing was wrong in the numbers I wrote.
a few min later, I try again, see the rider is now at 95%, I try a direct buy, and it would not work too. error saying "not eligible wrong division" but it was a div 1-5 rider for sure. I have screenshots of the errors message if needed (too lazy to upload them now here; won't give you more info that these error message).
And now, the rider is gone
he was really good for what I was looking for !
