Youth transfer market

Don’t know if its a bug, but it feels somehow wrong.
If I take a youth classic filter with downhill, there are 0 on the market. Even low quality (52mo 66fl 70dh) there is 0.
Also gc riders with downhill are very rare and if there are some, they are low quality.
Feels like its this way for weeks now.
Has anything been changed or something? Or is it really just random? But for such a long time no real quality?
