Sprint Bug?

Catalunya Stage 2 10h Final Sprint
What happen to my train from 350m to 300m? I did no change at the train, only Somda went at Waltersdorfs Wheele. Zongo lost the wheel okay, maybe 2 bike lengths possible, but why ist Griffith los the Wheel of Zongo and is thrown back 3 bike lengths?
At the Sprint replay there you cant see anything, what could happen.
Is it a bug or what happen here?
Btw. Spintreplay not working after stage.
