he joined my team now but i guess nash payed the price too as the last times on the same bug, someone please can fix it?

Not fully fixed, in the race at 21h today it shows him as a guy from Hansa instead of Nash

Yes, i can't control him, only when i change the sprint he appears to go to normal but then i refresh the race and it goes back to the usual.
