The ape with his superb forum powers can tell you that leso wasn't online today yet. While Buhmann was online last probably shortly before the problem started, a bit before 10am.

Second point: IMO, for Moldova Tour, today is an important stage. IF the situation will be solved, cancelling today stage can be... a wrong solution....

ok, but so i (not properly myself, as example) may ask to be deleted from the tour because i have a team for today stage or, worst situation, i have a target to gain some time today, and i think is better not to loose more money
