The title seems self explanatory.
Andes goes til 23., but we can inscribe for races on the 23rd, so could race 2 races that day? Or Andes stop 1 day early? Or?
Anyway, doesn't look fully convincing, maybe Luques or lesossies (if Luques isn't around, being too busy as seems to be the case lately) can check and do some of their impressive magic?
