Team gave up, riders still to choose as wheel

why in the blue hell are riders to choose as wheel, when their team gave up...

example:
todays race...
Km: 139, Steigung: 0
Vincentio Nibali (freeryders) gibt auf
Andreino Greipel (freeryders) gibt auf
Marcone Marcato (freeryders) gibt auf
Rynaldo Nocentini (freeryders) gibt auf
Luca Paoloni (freeryders) gibt auf
Tommy Boonen (freeryders) gibt auf
Adrianino Malori (freeryders) gibt auf
Fabieni Cancellara (freeryders) gibt auf
team gave up, but you are still able to choose the riders as wheel to follow....

Refresh the whole race again, and it will be loaded without the riders who gave up.
