2023 editor-changes/improvements

Thought it's better to have this in a separate thread, not buried in the May 24 calendar preview. Could have gone in the other thread where I wrote long posts about what should be done, but ok, a second one maybe better?
Seems still a bit complicated in places, but can deal with that...

You can re-use archived profiles (mostly relevant for real races from last year):
Under Profile Editor you now have:
- "Search Profile" (blue button).
- Then you can select a profile.
- Then you have "Clone Profile" (also blue button).
- Then you can save and re-use that profile and do whatever you want with that
So now everyone is invited to test that feature and check/design real one day races (now easier than before)

Race Editor: fixed cloning profile (everybody) and changing of designer (admin only)
