I was trying to do 6th stage of TOME, i load it from TOME05, modify it and then, when i try to save, the error message is

!!! Password not OK !!! Try Again!!!

I used:
Brath Rhum Factory credentials
Imperium Credentials
old almavivaitalia Credentials

in every (username) combination, uppercase, lowercase, all upper, all lower and so on... Why this?

Then, can i ask for something similar to Middle Earth Flag?

i wanted to load some stage files from the server, but always the error: db extension db2 tdg_stage_11 extension2

you need to add .c4f or the other ending f.e, at the end of your file name

It's very likely not saved if it says password not ok. And I couldn't load it either. (you can check that yourself by loading it on the top right, just add ".c4f" and if it's there it will load.
It's the game password you need btw.

Tu devrais remplir la case "designer logo" avec ton nom.
La case km/tact60 avec ton mintakt, ici avant la montée au Verdun ca me parait pas mal, ou alors avant l'autre cat3 d'avant.
La case de description, en général on met "flat" "hilly" or something like this.
I would also advice you to put the alt max a bit higher, 1300m for example, it would look better
