Removing from tours/races - Rules?

Hi all, maybe the wrong forum...but let's talk

we all know the situation:

Inscripting for a race/a tour and before the start or with the first km you notice: "oh damn, wrong race...."...next step: you ask buhmann/leso to remove your team...mistakes can happen, removing is okay....BUT we should bring in some rules...for example: all riders of your team have to fall behind the peloton, no sprints-no attacks while the stage...

yesterday kult at 17:00 California....he noticed "oh i'm in the wrong race, i have to ask buhmann to remove me"...but why i the blue hell Kult is allowed to continue his escape, attacking later out of the peloton with another rider, earning money and points in the end of the stage because the escape was successfull? today his team isn't in the tour anymore...

Team that want leave a tour, must passive ride, or, the day after, must stay at tour!
