We need more voluntary race designers. How we can we get you to become a race designer? What can we improve?

Unfortunately it's about time for me. I arrive home from work about 19-20:00 and if possible, race in the evening. For sure I cant design at the same time while racing because my head is full of other stuff. In the morning no time either, as I have to drive to work... seems to be a pretty good life

Right now it's the time for me too. Wanted to restart designing some fantasy races/small tours/dec tour last year. Number one problem for me to really get started was the password issue for the race editor. Wanted to try some things, upload things, save things to come back to it later on. Kind of also killed my motivation and now the time issue is overwhelming (also the reason why I cannot contribute to the game development as it was planned).
For me the hardest part in designing real races is getting the relevant information, I mean for the big races you get really good one pretty easy, but for some races, they are just available languages I don't speak or just 1-2 weeks before it starts. Don't really have the knowledge how to judge pave sectors which also is a factor in important one day races.
