shittiest starting team competition

I've got an idea for a funny competition:
Search riders on the transfer market, put them in alist(you.dont have to and you shouldnt buy them), 9 riders for a price between 14.5 and 15 mil., Not more, Not less money. No riders from youth market, Only div 6-7 riders, normal restrictions(so only 4riders 21 years old, 5 22years and younger, ...)
Goal: the skill averages together should be as Low as possible, all skills Get Summed up, so look also in cobble and reg
copy your roster With names, stats And prices
