Ok, to the other awards this year too... 2009 Allagen did, he forgot to put a limit to the votes so we still could vote for Reynolds vs Leupold if the forum hadn't crashed... 2011 Lizard, he seems gone. So ok ok, I'll just do it:

Rules. From Dec. first to Dec 15th nominate riders. Max. 3 nominations per person. No need to make an order. No need to nominate riders already nominated by others. Around Dec. 15th Roko Keko will put all the nominated riders in a vote. If there are more nominated riders than there is places in the vote, the ape will simply decide himself which 15? 20? riders get a place in the vote. Ah, he'll draft FL and NoPik to help him in the decision. but unlikely it happens. If it happens, the reasons given for the nomination will be taken into account.

Here: Disappointment of the year. Nominations are open.

Jérémy Honorez, 94 sprinter, BSE Marzahn. A sprinter at Marzahn, a guarantee. Not Honorez. Even though he was the dream signing of the manager (over such stars as Conti, Frizzante, Rabbi, Abdul Durasek. Result: 8 wins with Marzahn. But what wins? Dominated Besseges 4 wins, GC and points, one win in tour med, points jersey there too, one win in the TDU. Plus more even less important thing. Sold soon after Milano Sanremo. A sprinter at Marzahn, escpecially the dream signing, you expect much more.

Ziri Zaabat Viel zu wenig gemacht aus den anlagen leider , ich hätt den gern gehabt

Alfred Eriksson - good manager, reluctant rider. I had many races with him thinking he must be the favorite, but apparently only managed one win in the Swedish NC

Filippo Brunelleschi: 86 mountain 68 TT now. Giro-Tour-Vuelta-Andes, 0 wins, other smaller cat 4 races 0 wins. 2nd PN, white jersey Giro. So far so good, unlucky in his Giro group, full of idiots that that his team was the favorite and sat on their collective asses all day telling the manager that he should do this and this instead of doing something themselves. Then 2nd TdS, but from then on the disappointment starts: No tour, winning Sibiu instead. Vuelta 2n, Andes 3rd. Sometimes the manager is unlucky with the groups, example dec. tour where he got Schleck as adversary, but Brunelleschi seems to lack the "winning gene" as well. Not a bad career, but for his skills a win that counts is definetly missing.

Bah, have one more... grrr...

Ha, edit on top and kick one!

Hiob Korenfain: Quick -CC Racing Hill sprinter, Rexon now. trained to 68 mountain 88 sprint. Not "perfect" but not that bad either. Compared to what hil sprinters did in the past, and considering his skills and the team he was in for most of his career, his 12 wins are a huge disappointment. Challenge for Trueba/Corderos record? No, but seeing the quality of the manager at least 30 wins or so would have been expected. Only 12 and nothing important.
