Hello freaks, I just came across Exners placements and sorted them by rank just to notice, that he covers a lot of placements. The first rank that he never achieved (ascending order) is 27.

So I want to define the following:

Rank Coverage Index (RCI) = First rank of a rider (ascending order) that was never achieved.

According to this the RCI of Wilhelm Exner is 27 and he is the record holder until somebody shows that his rider has a higher RCI.

71 is impressive, those riders (mainly helpers, many races) have good chances to score IF they cover the places 1-10 well. Rest will be achieved by number of races

Yeah, Urs Zwingli was a random Flat rider with 57-87 and no sprint. But he did 473 races for me xD

these are my riders that place better than the current Rank 1 and i only checked riders with 300+ races (think its unlikely someone behind beat the 71.
