Incredibly bad training. Toni Hassler with 26 does his 4th (!) minus training this month, Nate does a plus in.... Downhill. Not flat, not mountin, it's downhill! Grmpf. Küng does nothing, neither does Schlechter. It's a mess if it goes on like this.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Mario Vargas Abfahrt: -1
Joaquim GoncalvesLedo Berg: -1
Joaquim GoncalvesLedo Flach: -1
Joaquim GoncalvesLedo Abfahrt: -1
Joaquim GoncalvesLedo Zeit: -1
Joaquim GoncalvesLedo Sprint: -1
Manuel Puig Flach: -1
Manuel Puig Zeit: -1
Julio Cortazar Flach: -1
Frida Kahlo Berg: -1
Facundo Cabral Berg: +1
Miguel Cervantes Berg: +1
Miguel Cervantes Sprint: +1
Benito Salas Berg: +1
Benito Salas Sprint: +1
Bad training? Yes, we can! Frida already lost two in climbing with 33, Cortazar his 3rd in a row flat with 34. Positive trainings were also not a lot today, especially Eliseo's missed flat training is disappointing. But no need to complain yet, as we had some good trainings recently.

Training 20.10.2011:
Steve Keagan Flach: -1
Steve Keagan Sprint: -1
Henry Scheffé Berg: +1
Wolfgang Gröbner Berg: +1
Michael Kohlhuber Berg: -1
Michael Kohlhuber Zeit: -1
Michael Kohlhuber Sprint: -1
Joost Bürgi Flach: -1
Joost Bürgi Abfahrt: -1
Pierre Fatou Zeit: -1
Fabi Rondeau Berg: -1
Fabi Rondeau Flach: -1
Moritz Schönflies Berg: -1
Moritz Schönflies Flach: +1
Louis Auslander Flach: +1
Louis Auslander Sprint: +1
Okay first the good news: Scheffe +mountain, good, not as good as flat but okay. Schönflies our first 88flat rider jiha (but mountain - hm), so i need to buy a sprinter again. Auslander double good, Gröbner mountain again. Now 66-75, seems he becomes a quite usable classic rider not like this Fatou, but we have to wait for the upcoming trainings

Bad news: Rondeau loses mountain, ok he will go soon but before Jura not great. The minuses not bother that much but Mandelbrojt still 83 mountain, if he doesnt go up to 84 in the next training he will go for sure, what should we do with a 83 climber?

What to do with an 83? Win! Fight! Hope! Ok, maybe lose instead of win, but the 2 others are correct.

Training 27.10.2011:

Bakhtiyar Sagyrbayuly Berg: -1

Titus Olteanu Berg: +1
Dante Mattarozzi Berg: +1
Osamu Uchigasaki Sprint: -1
Markku Yrjönpoika Flach: +1
Markku Yrjönpoika Sprint: +1
Mmh., now my stars seem to start seriously with downtraining.... at least quantity, quality still ok.

Training 27.10.2011:
Steve Keagan Sprint: -1
Wolfgang Gröbner Berg: +1
Erwin Schrödinger Abfahrt: -1
Michael Kohlhuber Berg: -1
Michael Kohlhuber Flach: -1
Joost Bürgi Flach: -1

HansPeter Heuser Sprint: -1
Fabi Rondeau Berg: -1
Fabi Rondeau Abfahrt: -1
Fabi Rondeau Zeit: -1
Louis Auslander Flach: +1
Willy Zischer Zeit: -1
worst training ever, just to nearly 100%taken, one nearly 100% not and so much -, Rondeau needs to leave the team, Schrödinger still topclass, stays for the first half of the new month, as well as Heuser, Mandelbrojt defenitely out if he doesnt win Jura today, which is nearly impossible

Blazej Bozovic Sprint: +1
Chad Hackenbracht Flach: +1
Pavel Grzymkowiak Berg: +1

Stanislas Jedrzejczewitz Abfahrt: -1

Average training, good training from the young guys, except flat mans (Allan and Zlatko)
Pavel is getting up, good
Poor Alistair, I believe that he won't have downtraining this month... missed for 1 training ^^
But I'm happy with it ^^

Training 27.10.2011:
Julio Cortazar Abfahrt: -1
Frida Kahlo Sprint: -1
Marcelo Quiroga Zeit: -1
Joao Gilberto Abfahrt: -1
Ernesto Sabato Zeit: -1
Joaquin Camacho Flach: +1
Romulo Betancourt Berg: +1
Romulo Betancourt Zeit: -1
Romulo Betancourt Sprint: +1
Facundo Cabral Berg: +1
Gabriel GarciaMarquez Flach: +1
Miguel Cervantes Berg: +1
Miguel Cervantes Sprint: +1
Benito Salas Berg: +1
Benito Salas Sprint: +1
A lot of negative trainings this time, even after leaving out Joaquim five negative trainings. But there were also some surprising positive results, Romulo with a double training (triple incl. the negative), Gabriel with another useless non-mountain training and Camacho again. The two youngsters both exceeded the expectations for the first month.

Frantz Granvorka Abfahrt: -1
Frantz Granvorka Zeit: -1
Fred Colon Berg: +1
Niels Hörnö Flach: +1
Takashi Murakami Flach: +1
Harry Hole Berg: +1

mostly ok, but still lots of percentage (70 %, 79% f.e.) beeing left out... Marxer definitly a late bloomer.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Romano Avogadro Berg: +1
Romano Avogadro Flach: +1

the 2 young with 2x 100%, only good training from Gröbner at 50% and Zischer at 10%, Heuser stays 78-78, Schrödinger loses both now mountain and Flat :(
Mandelbrojt still 83mountain i guess i really sell him now

Cortazar asked for his retirement and got it. The rest looks pretty nice, although I would have preferred one of the pave guys training instead of always Camacho, our current training hero, who went from 46-68-74 up to 46-83-79 now.
