Training 12.3.2013:

Daiken 74 mountain too now. Late starter, with 27 he had 68 mountain, starting from 56... since another 6 up and caught up with Legrand (who hasn't developed since then. Excellent Daiken. Häfeli down flat already, not good, grr, 3 trainings left til Roubaix, hope that was the last one. The second problem child: Avranescu After good double training with 21+22 in 4 trainings with 23 he trained only once... refusing 80+% flat. Now with 24 already 2 refusals for 51% flat. Argh. LIke this his Giro definetly is at risk. Great Bochini, didn't even know he tried triple, 80 downhill now! And the oldies Gong and Touré did ok too.

Training 12.3.2013:
Arcangelo Frescobaldi Berg: -1
Arcangelo Frescobaldi Abfahrt: -1
Arcangelo Frescobaldi Zeit: -1
Arcangelo Frescobaldi Sprint: -1
Jack Marston Berg: -1
Jeremy Renner Zeit: -1
Evan Midlarsky Flach: +1
Jeff Hunter Flach: +1
Jeff Hunter Sprint: +1
Eric Kripke Zeit: +1

Frescobaldi is old, Marston looses a minor-important skill, Renner gets cheaper, Midlarsky is young - so he improves, Double for Hunter is nice, Kripke with 6/6 till now

Training 5.3.2013 - 27.3.2013:
Antonio Narino (36) Berg: -2, Flach: -1, Abfahrt: -3, Zeit: -3, Sprint: -2
Pablo Picasso (34) Berg: -2, Flach: -1, Abfahrt: -2, Zeit: -2, Sprint: -1
Bernardo OHiggins (34) Berg: -1, Abfahrt: -1, Zeit: -1, Sprint: -1
Pedro Almodovar (34) Berg: -1, Flach: -3, Abfahrt: -1, Zeit: -1
Eloy Alfaro (33) Berg: -1
Jorge CarreraAndrade (31) Berg: +1, Zeit: -1, Abfahrt: -2
Juan Montalvo (32) Abfahrt: -1, Zeit: -1
Jaime Roldos (28) Flach: +2
Don Quijote (28) Berg: +1, Flach: +1, Sprint: +1
Francisco Santander (27) Berg: +1
Caetano Veloso (26) Berg: +1
Federico GarciaLorca (25) Sprint: +1
Carlos Cespedes (24) Flach: +4, Abfahrt: -1
George Orwell (23) Berg: +1, Sprint: +1
Eloy GutierrezMenoyo (23) Flach: +4
Sancho Panza (22) Berg: +4
JuanJose Castelli (21) Flach: +4, Sprint: +4
EdgarAllan Poe (21) Flach: +2, Sprint: +4
Really interesting training results this month. Among the old guys, Picasso was the big disappointment, but OHiggins on the other hand was excellent and Almodovar lost only secondary skills. The really great trainings were in the middle: Don Quijote seems very happy to have Sancho Panza in the team, Roldos trained twice, Cespedes made all 4 flat trainings with 24 after only one with 23. And the young ones look ok, considering that the expectations for Orwell are already down to the minimum. Castelli, Poe and Sancho Panza met the expectations, GutierrezMenoyo even exceeded them.

Training 27.3.2013:
Jack Marston Sprint: -1
Ted Blatchford Flach: +1
Jeremy Renner Flach: +1
Tom Henderson Abfahrt: -1
Jeff Hunter Sprint: +1
Misha Collins Flach: +1
Marston
Blatchford now 70,9 pave...still too less for Paris-Roubaix
Renner 87 flat, 81 downhill...perfect
Collins at the end of 24 with 87 flat...a guy which you can work with

haha, first training with 33 and Kari trains down 3 (!) skills... At least I couldn't find flat in it. Must be the karma for Roy's mountain skill training :)

Roy takes flat instead of mountain. Unsinn and Ollé Ollé still okay, although both lose sprint. Rest as expected, Banzer the surprise with 87 flat now. Friesenbichler seems to be a second Ollé Ollé.

Good training. Sekiguchi loses another flat not brillant, but shouldn't put his Giro participation at risk. The rest good, Avranescu really doesn't like flat. His main training since... don't even remember when. Takes the minimal safety training for TT for the second time this month, still no flat. Weird guy. But TT is ok too of course. Peterhans 86 flat too now, good, Bochini and Ford continue, good too. Fariborz.... I would have preferred flat, but mountain is ok too. Tasman mountain, now 69, his Giro participation looks more and more likely.
