Very average I guess. Downtraining all good apart from Karatay losing sprint.
Alborghetti to 85 mountain is very nice, just a bit unfortunate that he isn't riding the Tour. After that a lot of 30-70% training chances, some of them taken, but the important ones not. Tikhomirov, Poitrenaud and Aelenei all missing out hurts the most, while the Padilla double and Pak training were not that important. In the end really only Alborghetti making it an ok training, the rest definitely not so nice

Kebede at 37 only loses 2, keeps mountain, but sprint gone. Still good.
Gallego depressed at being left home, 35, -4
Vigni -2 at 34

+
Plus starts with a minus, Bongiorno...downhill
Gjeldens at 26 to 86 flat, now best flat rider in the team. 70-86, excellent flat training, 82.7 pavé as well.
Ole now 84 flat
Kemel 85 and 82.3 pavé
Sherifo at 65 mountain, almost 100%, took risk
Abraha 78, same
Wüthrich with the double.

Good training again, flat festival continues, nothing really to complain about.

Got a carrot from FL. But they threaten to take it away now.

Ok, now Kebede is going for it, taking all downtrainings, down to 74 sprint, at 37 still ok overall, this one a bit overdoing it
Vigni at 34 loses sprint, good

+
Kagge flat, now 50-80. He's already 29...
Bonjour and Gjeldnes lose TT, which is ok. 58-56 now, no important TTT coming, so..
Kemel flat, now 86 and 83 pavé. Excellent.
Sherifo takes the double, 66 mountain 59 sprint. Now no more risk, just mountain from next one on.
Abraha the expected mountain
Wüthrich the double, 100-93 the % for the next one.

Happy with that training, Kemel excellent, Sherifo the double too.

Suspiciously good training. Rakhmonaliev not even taking -5 this time and only Karatay with a single downtraining in addition to that. Should have been 2-3 extra downtrainings on average.
Also much more uptraining than expected. Palamarchuk getting another flat at 32 is nice, but probably not all that important. Coyotecatly to 72 much better. Finally at least a decent classic. Alborghetti also training, but mountain would have been much better than the flat coverage.
Ylso really not much to complain about for the young guys. Aelenei and Tikhomirov both training is great. Poitrenaud even better. Everyone else just taking their 100%/almost 100% trainings. Overall an extremely good training
