Training 12.3.2023:
Wil Ruprecht Flach: -1
Wil Ruprecht Zeit: -1
Wil Ruprecht Sprint: -1
Kay deWolf Berg: -1
Kalle Rovanperä Berg: +1
Hermanni Haljala Berg: +1
Lukas Skiold Flach: +1
Nisse Bengtsson Flach: +1
Roni Kytonen Berg: +1
Roni Kytonen Flach: +1
Wil -3 again. But doesnt hurt anymore now.

Kay -1 mtn doesnt matter too.

Kalle +1 mtn good for MSR, but still not happy with my helpers for that.

Hermanni +1 mtn - good for future escapes, maybe he becomes a real 60-80

Lukas +1 flat - 58-82 now with 77,5pavé. Good helper for RVV

Nisse +1 flat - 83 flat now with 23. He needs to keep going, now 59%

Roni the double. This makes it a really good training. 60-80 now with 22. Now needs to get the mtn trainings going. He is the future leader for hilly terrain in 2023 when Linus retired - no other leaders planned for this year. Need to plan for 2024...

Unfortunately Kimmo missed 73% flat training. That's a real bummer for this training.

Nothing else was expected.

Training 20.3.2023:
Gael Habermacher Sprint: -1
Cesare Camoranesi Zeit: -1
Mattia Savinci Zeit: -1
Gabriel Richard Berg: +1
Yimmy Amuchastegui Berg: +1
Yimmy Amuchastegui Flach: +1
Cristobal Guaqueta Berg: +1
Edilberto Osso Berg: +1
Germán Paz Berg: +1
Germán Paz Sprint: +1
Salomón Contreras Flach: +1
Would have liked an Osso double or Jairo sprint.

Got a another Paz and Yimmy double. Also ok. Yimmy now looking okay even. With good Training at 25-26 still possible he gets good.

Training 20.3.2023:
Ville Räätäli Berg: -1
Ville Räätäli Flach: -1
Domenika Pudenz Berg: +1
DuyLinh Ngo Berg: -1

Simone Giertz Sprint: +1
Sushila Maharjan Flach: +1
Sushila Maharjan Abfahrt: +1
Witi Ihimaera Flach: +1
Witi Ihimaera Sprint: +1
This month is a bad month for Ville. Second time downtraining in flat skill (and climbing but who cares).
Domenika took 4% in climbing (just 1 training unit this week) instead of flat 🫣

Training 20.3.2023:
Fiorino Forte Berg: +1
Vitor Ventura Berg: +1
Julio Juantorena Berg: +1
Gilberto Godoy Flach: +1
Holger Hässig Berg: +1
Holger Hässig Flach: +1
Nice trainings in March so far. Only PrzPszcz is a bit disappointing being stuck at 68 mountain still. I guess the game just don't want to write his full name in the training report, that must be the reason. On the other hand, Julio and Vitor are getting ready for the Ardennes and the Giro while Fiorino is preparing for RVV it looks like. The helper section is developping well too: Gilberto and Holger are hard working it seems.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Aditya Mirchandani Abfahrt: -1
Aditya Mirchandani Zeit: -1
Alex Poertel Zeit: +1
Benjamin Hutracht Abfahrt: -1
Christian Brackhammer Berg: +1
Ignacio Sebredo Flach: +1
Ignacio Sebredo Zeit: -1
Jeremy Oehler Berg: +1
Danil Vassilyev Abfahrt: +1
I hoped for another mountain training for Poertel, but got disappointed again. An upgrade on TT is still okay.
Mirchandani not losing flat is top, Faye keeps flat as well. Sebredo with a flat nice training, Brackhammer and Oehler with an even nicer mountain training.

James Watt Berg: +1
James Watt Flach: +1
-: Fall and Heuser losing flat is really bad
+: Surprising flat training of Ohm (well Fahrenheit would be more needed but ok), Prachar 72-76 very nice, Iwachnenko a total training denier. Rest not surprisin (double of Watt nice after missing flat with risk, he now trains both in the safe mode)

Oldies, will spare you the details, but Bradman keeping flat is excellent. 83-82.1 minimum for PR.

+
Trutat 70-76, excellent
Verkerk only mountain, 93-75% for next training
Blake the expected double, 100% after all.

Ceroni no 83% flat not good, Lekubarri now behind Prachar bad! Trutat excellent the rest is really rather bad.
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!

Kenny still 84mountain and downtrains something again...
Dogan keeps up the great training 72-80 will soon be 80-80 at this rate
Toyotomi +1tt worked so good, will increase the income a little bit when selling him in April or May.

No Yimmy but really good still.

Wanted Osso with 80 flat but didn't happen. Paz 4/4 though. Now question if he continues sprint or mountain.

Also Ganna! And Jairo!

Last but not least shout out to Habermacher who only really lost 1 flat training with 35 now.

Bieri 4 down at 38
Short at 37 only loses sprint, excellent.
Bradman flat and sprint, bah, So stays at 82.1 pavé 83 flat.. assuming he downtrains again before PR
Drinkwater at 35 loses only flat
Huizjnga same age 2 more.
Carpinteiro downhill TT, ok
Pecci TT, no problem

+

Gotxon 72 mountain now! 16 of 20 mountain trainings, good.
Trutat 71 montain, 16 of 16! 71 mountain now.
Ceroni flat, 77 now, coming along
Verkerk double again, 63-63 will have to think what to do in April...
Blake the expected double

So good training, now I have the ultimate 76 flat classic army, only Rossi an outlier. Lekubarri 72-76, Trutat 71-76, Huizinga 70-76 and Drinkwater 69-76.

Moustapha Faye Berg: -1
Jaswant Srivastav Berg: -1
Jaswant Srivastav Flach: -1
Helmut Heuser Flach: -1
Helmut Heuser Sprint: -1
Karl Prachar Flach: +1
Oleksij Iwachnenko Berg: +1
Carlo Avogadro Flach: +1
NgôBao Châu Berg: +1
James Watt Flach: +1
James Watt Sprint: +1
Note: The 76 flat classics era is ending before it begun for A&D

Faye, 37: -3/-2/-2/-2/-1, not too bad for his age, still 44-81 with 65 sprint
Srivastav, 34: -1/-1/-/-1/-1: Last training was bad losing both mountain and flat
Heuser, 34: -1/-2/-1/-/-2: Losing mountain, 2x flat and 2x sprint, VERY bad
Fall, 33: -1 flat, -1 sprint: Losing both his main values
Tesla, 32: -
Celsius, 30: -
Ohm, 29: +1 flat
deCoulomb, 28: -1 TT (disappointing after a very good start when he was young)
Volta, 27: -
Loschmidt, 27: +1 mnt
Fahrenheit, 26: -1 dwn (very disappointing training so far, hoped for 2 more flat at that time)
Prachar, 25: +2 mnt, +1 flat, -1 TT -> 72-77 with 64 sprint, very nice so far
Iwachnenko, 24: +1 mnt at 73%, really disappointing training so far
Avogadro, 23: +4 flat, at ~77%, very nice, 50-78-81 now
Chau, 22: +4 mnt at ~92-100, perfect in mountain so far, keep on like that
Watt, 21: +2 mnt/+3 flat/ +2 sprint -> 49-77-76 with 66 sprint, lost a flat point already, but will now focus on flat

Not much, but very important!
Gaizka learned from his defeat against Meville because lack of flat and trains it.
Kepplinger finally is a decent classic with 72 mountain.
Totschnig skipping 93 % (tried to add some flat) hurts.

Downtrainings dont hurt much, only Kay a little bit because of Pavé.

Lukas flat really nice, 58-84 now
Nisse 84 flat now too.
Kimmo now 81 flat and 76,8 pavé. Good helper.

Roni double. 8/8 for mountain and flat. 62-82 now. Happy to have him over 80 flat. Now I hope for a solid mountain training. 70-82 is the goal now.
