I have reached my limit regarding new teams who enter a main race having never played the game and then destroying it without having a clue what they are doing.
I am hoping to have a discussion about whether it is better that new teams are forced to take part, or even win, a short race before they are allowed to take part in competition races.

Or maybe for their first 4-5 races, riding with only newbies. Or put a special race (with limited places) where some olders can play in order to help newbies in some things about how to play etc..

Btw, there is no tutorial in english. We have it in french, why don't translate this?
