Missing button in Dutch version of the game

Hi,
In the Dutch language version of the game there is no button for "Points for general classification" in the Info-tab of the tours. So I cannot access the table where one can see the money and points one can earn for the general classification of a tour. This button does exist in for example the English version of the game.
Can this be fixed?
