Fairnessrating sucks anyway...especially since you're not able to give "0" and a comment anymore
As everything, fair play rating can be used in a correct way or not.
The best thing would be always to have a comment or a statement, but unfortunately it doesn't happen always.
Therefore just take the useful things and don't care about the others
