The title says everything, teams without 9 riders cannot train. So farmer musst buy a whole team.
Youthrider and normal rider are counting for the limit of 9 riders.

i don''t like that idea. if u have not the time to ride that much or if u are without internet forsome time(becuase of work,holidays, etc.) or if u just want a month off from rsf your riders wont train.that would perhaps lead to some races with much offliners, just to get over the limit of x races.

it's unrealistic to ride on pro level with just youth riders. therefore i support this idea.

so what? what you describe is farming riders...in a time where you aren't here, your riders grow and when you come back or stop the 2nd team cause your riders are good enough to win...
maybe as addition...races x only count if you're not taken out by the 60 km rule(which is another point to change )

take for example rp kmt...won liege-bastogne-liege cat. 6 this month...rode since 1.04.2012 39 races...6 month with 0 or 1 races...in the last 3 month a bit more to fuck the div 1-5 rule...is this really what you want?

or take Scilo...pave: 85,9-84,1-84-82,6,79,8...arriving just before the pave-season online again...18 races since 01.03.2012..could ride some classics cause leso fucked up the div1-5 rule as he put the races in the calendar...ok, scilo didn't win any one of them, but...it sucks either that way or another

beeing off for a month is farming? what a bullshit. thats a normal thing which anyone could happen.i don't say we didn't have to do sth. against farmer teams but this way we would just punish the teams who don't have much time or who have periods with less time, even if they ride almost every day in another period.
So perhaps make the rule that way, that it depends on the races someone rode in the last x month in average(x>=3)
