Rainchange + Wind change

The events Rainchange and Windchange are not more showed in the game log. Why? Can we have them back?

Rain Change maybe due to... the change that was made, probably forgotten.

Wind is another thing, cause since we have a track direction information in form of the map, wind changes are very seldom, only direction changes of the road occur. Those, more or less, can occur every km, and can be evaluated on the map. So there's no more reason to write thos 50 notes that probably occur every race in minimum into the race log.

But Should be nice have the information about weater almost
