Question about team ranking

Which team wins the tour team ranking if all teams arrive with the same time? Maybe the team with the best 5 riders in points?

ok old problem: can stay forever.

BUT how is the rule for a case like that? which team should win the classment?

is their any rule? or just random?

RULE should be: Team with most sprintpoints (of all riders together) wins it.
REALITY is: random 100%, I have won about 2 Teamclassements wihtout any reason and lost one while winning 4/5 stages
