Hello ! Iam missing Scotland !
There is just "Great Britain".. thats not cool my dears !
-England
-Scotland
-Wales
(+ if you wish, north island)
would be an honor !

Atm its like deleting Germany and France and create "Europe"

Thank you well!
Fairway!

http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Cavendish

"Mark Cavendish (* 21. Mai 1985 in Douglas, Isle of Man) ist ein britischer Radrennfahrer." ->Mark C. is a british Rider...
"Nation: Vereinigtes Königreich" ->Nationality UK.

Thats why! In most of the sports the UK is just the UK and not split up in England, Wales, Scotland and NI.

England in Europe.... mb on the europe tectonic plate.... but thats it :>
so a better contrast = delte france, spain and portugal and call it "West Europe"

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland....
Scotland dont realy like it to get handle under the UK Flag... or do you think the heirs of William Wallace care about the queen?

ok better contrast, btw i chose in my profile Poland but my flag is still German. Why?

cause not the "Country" counts, the "Language" counts, for the Profile Flag.
This, or someone still life in the time around 1930 ^^

So... at least and at all.. is it possible to integrate the proud scottish highland rider?

Fact is the UK is a country, Scotland is not. This might change if these seperatist idiots succeed. I hope for Scotland, the place I called my home for 7 years, they don't.

If we have Scotland, I want Bayern or Zurich as well. And Flemish riders and some from South Tyrol.... Then some Basques and Calatans ... and and and.
Yeah, and Appenzell Ausserrhoden of course...

I guess it was just the mistake not to differ between a sovereign state (UK) and a autonomous part of it (Scotland). And there is a difference between Scotland and Bayern, Zurich and other regions of other states, because Scotland has lots of independent sports assocations such as football, volleyball, rugby and many others. The same counts for Greenland (e.g. Handball), the Faroe Islands (e.g. football, ask the Austrians...). BUT: It does not count for cycling (or athletics, just to name another sport too). Thus, here at RSF/C4F, a cycling simulation (which is for FREAKS according to the name), there is only UK but not Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, although Buhmann admitted that Wales existed as a selectable nationality once.

Long story short: No need to get sarcastic.

Of course there is good reason to have only countries with their own cycling federation. The last World Championships were won by GB not by the Isle of Man.

But it could be interesting for the statistics to have regions for the big countries. Let Bavarian riders fight against the Saarland for the number one in Germany, give the Basque the chance to beat the Catalan...

As far as I know, Scottish cyclists ride under the UK flag. Therefore it should be the same in this game.

It was not long ago, that several users commented, that politics should not be a part of RSF/C4F.
