Young rider jersey

Post by Lizard » Mon Oct 31, 2011 7:31 pm

Since we have a young riders classement each tour I'd think of the following... right now when tours are during two months (like the Vuelta) the 24year olds start in the white jersey competition even though they fall out of it during month change anyways. Why include them? If you're allowed for young rider classement is decided before the tour, isn't it? Like I've heard there's always a deadline for birthdays at the Tour de France which decides whether you count as a young rider or not. So exclude all of those who will be 25 when the tour is finished.

Talking about small things... Is a rider still following the same opponent day after day? Or is the setting cancelled everyday? Which would.be nice

I think since the new gamescreen every option is put back on standard after finishing a stage.

what do you think about having no white jersey in all tours under kat.4? (means: having it only in tours kat.4 and 5)

do we need this? it is interesting for anybody? something worth to ride for? don´t know...

thought about the same thing. It just gives incentives that are not favourable (in most cases).
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

why don't give white jersey to rider untill 28 years old than? ^^"
if the rules is give shirt to riders <25 years that's mean the riders with <25 years need to fight for it (usualy are 2 - 3 team in big tours)

remove? why make rsf more unrealistic than it is big tours have white shirt..

Fail.
Badly

FLs proposal was: Remove it for all under category 4

GTs: cat 5
historical stage races in WT: cat 4

???

Maybe read the proposal before being against it?

And where the 28 thing came from is a mystery too.
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!

my reply was divided in 2 parts 1 part for lizard second part for ariostea ;)

28 come out becouse of when month change the riders have 25 years not 24 so they are out from the fight for the jersey if 25 years old are allowed why not 28?

against

Why do you want to decide for other teams what it is worth riding for? The next time you do not want teams to ride for the stage if this would influence the gc fight. The only thing we could discuss is why the white jersey is as important as green or red.
