For the moment: For Div 5 the youth transfer market has not changed. But something will change there the next days.

not a complete market refresh: every X minutes (between 5 and 15, not cleared) a new rider on the transfer market

Every 10 minutes a new riders is on the transfer market -> but can change soon. Need a little bit experience.
