Favourite weather for riders

Hei there yesterday during my race there was a cold weather and the racers start to lose energy very fast.. so i thinked why riders can't have a favourite weater conditions? For example one can prefere cold and lose less energy in cold weater, another one like hot and lose less energy in hot weater.. real racers have weater preference and this can be cool
